Custom orders are accepted on a limited basis to ensure quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

Footwear Policy (Please Read)

Custom sneaker pricing does not include the cost of the shoes.

• Clients are responsible for providing the base shoes or covering the cost of the shoes if sourced by Boneyard Creative
• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Boneyard Creative
• Shipping instructions will be provided once your order is approved

Rush Orders 

If you’re working with a deadline, rush options may be available.

• 7-day rush: +$75
• 3–5 day rush: +$125

Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed.

How It Works

  1. Submit the custom order request form

  2. You’ll receive a follow-up to discuss design details & pricing

  3. Once approved, an invoice will be sent

  4. Production begins after payment is received

Turnaround times vary by project and will be confirmed before starting.

• Design mockups are not guaranteed unless discussed in advance
• Creative direction is trusted once the project begins
